By accessing or using the Coprvy platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

Coprvy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Coprvy is a mobile-first marketplace platform that connects Taskers (businesses or individuals seeking services) with Helpers (experts providing services) through blockchain-based smart contracts.

The Platform facilitates the creation, management, and execution of service agreements, including escrow services, payment processing, and dispute resolution mechanisms.

Coprvy operates on blockchain technology and utilizes cryptocurrency for transactions. Users are responsible for understanding and managing their cryptocurrency wallets and transactions.

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account and connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and wallet information. You agree to notify Coprvy immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using Coprvy, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

All service agreements on Coprvy are executed through smart contracts on the blockchain. These contracts are immutable once deployed and cannot be altered.

Payments are held in escrow until work is completed and verified. The escrow mechanism is designed to protect both Taskers and Helpers.

Taskers agree to fund escrow before work begins. Helpers agree to complete work according to the terms specified in the smart contract.

Disputes may be resolved through the Platform's dispute resolution process, which may involve community voting or arbitration mechanisms.

Coprvy may charge platform fees for transactions. These fees will be clearly disclosed before you commit to a transaction.

All payments are processed using cryptocurrency. You are responsible for any fees associated with cryptocurrency transactions, including network fees (gas fees).

Payments are processed automatically through smart contracts when conditions are met. Refunds are subject to the terms of the specific smart contract and our refund policy.

Coprvy reserves the right to modify fee structures with reasonable notice to users.

You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in any way that violates any laws in your jurisdiction.

You may not engage in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to: creating fake accounts, manipulating reviews, or attempting to circumvent escrow mechanisms.

You may not use the Platform to facilitate transactions involving illegal goods or services, money laundering, or other criminal activities.

You may not interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers, or violate any security measures.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Platform or any smart contracts.

The Platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Coprvy and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Platform. However, by using the Platform, you grant Coprvy a license to use, display, and distribute such content as necessary to operate the Platform.

You may not use Coprvy's trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Coprvy does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from technical issues, blockchain network problems, or other disruptions.

Coprvy is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Helpers, or for the accuracy of information provided by users.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COPRVY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coprvy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Coprvy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through account settings, subject to completion of any pending transactions.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction, as specified in our dispute resolution procedures.
